    Is that a breadfruit tree out there? I love breadfruit chips. Or breadfruit boiled then tossed in a little oil with onion, garlic, pepper, shallots. Or roasted breadfruit.

    Whenever I read your blog I get to thinking [again] how lovely the Caribbean is, and where I live is a part of all this.
